Eating too much fat does not make you fat. The price of eating too much of this fish may be serious long-term health problems. But eating too much salt can also damage our health.

I had two kids and for both of them i tried to lose weight and nothing work but after two years the pounds just started dropping off. As you get older, you’ll likely put on some weight, but then you’ll be glad because you’ll probably never have the kind of weight problems that your friends will as they age. I breast fed my little girl for 10 months and the weight fell off of me.

Can you lose weight by thinking like a thin person. There has been a lot of discussions and controversies of weight-loss issues and it will continue till the concept weight-loss hesitancies will exist. I am 100% sure you can’t lose weight without exercising and dieting. I’d love to hear from someone who is actually losing the weight and learning the secret of their success. I have not been able to lose any more weight and have been struggling not to gain any more.

Is it appropriate to send a thank you note for a second hand invitation? A friend of mine got an invitation to a party for herself and a date. He invited me and I went. I thanked the hostess before leaving for a delightful evening, but I thought it was my date’s duty ot write the note. what do you guys think? Any ideas?
